After starting his career, Justin advanced into field leadership and project management roles, successfully managing complex energy projects across Ohio and surrounding regions. His focus is on operational efficiency, accountability, and delivering consistent results for clients.

    Daryl Stanley brings decades of senior-level land and project leadership experience, with a focus on acquisition and field execution. His hands-on approach and industry knowledge support efficient project delivery and strong client relationships.

  • Steve Buterbaugh

    Steve Buterbaugh provides decades of project leadership and business development experience. Focusing on growth leadership, supporting client relationships and strategic expansion. His background includes a long tenure in land services as well as enterprise sales and go-to-market experience across energy and technology-enabled services.

Who we are

We are the Stanleys of Stanley Acres Consulting – Justin and Nicole Stanley we have been both a married couple and business partners for almost 25 years.  We are proud parents to our two daughters.  Being a family influences all the decisions that we make in both our personal and professional lives.  As evidenced by the picture we love to travel together, our most recent trips have been to Walt Disney World.

In this industry we know that our reputation is of utmost importance.  Our family name is on our business, and we take that seriously.  We strive to demonstrate integrity, practice kindness, serve others, maintain a strong work ethic and handle all conflicts with grace.

We have worked hard to develop quality relationships with the companies that we have as clients – the longest relationship being eleven years.  Being family owned has allowed us to be hands-on and responsive.  Clients and contractors have direct access to decision-makers who understand their projects and are committed to delivering results.
